Naked oats and spelt make up over a quarter of the malt bill. for texture, the wort was transferred through a bed of Citra before having El Dorado added in the whirlpool. The dry-hop comes from Deya's hand-selected crop and brings a welcome dose of Simcoe. Vegan.

Lemon coloured and pale with dank weed and pineapple on the nose. It's a strong heady aroma and very enticing with apricot, lemon zest and the aforementioned. You can also pick up on the ABV. Very low carbonation in the mouth with chewy mouthfeel and big body. It's gerry smooth like cream and tangy sweet with a bitter ending. Pineapple and apricot are most pronounced with some coconut softness to it via the El Dorado. Deya are kings and Left Handed Giant are a great new comer so it's makes for a big collab. It's big and not easy to drink but it's is morish and pleasant. Fruit salad and cream essentially. Citra is quite subdued and Simcoe is bringing stone fruit and tropics, adding to this beers depth. It is very rich, one for sipping and it sits heavy.
