Cashmere and Galaxy hopped beer. Hmmm. Those are not my favourite hops. Grass, grapefruit, bitterness and so on. Not my cup of tea when I'm drinking NEIPA. Nice mouthfeel: smooth, dry and easy to drink. I can taste citrus, grass, orange peel and grapefruit. Not my favourite flavours. I like more tropical NEIPAs. Aftertaste is nice. Smooth and dry. I was expecting more bitterness but I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice mouthfeel!
