Tucked away in Dynamite Valley under Ponsanooth’s historic railway viaduct, we pride ourselves on being one of Caudwell‘s award-winning breweries. The view from our idyllic location inspired the naming of this distinctive Cornish Pale Ale. Dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic to give a juicy refreshing session craft with a hint of citrus. Unfiltered to retain maximum flavour.

Solid, if not spectacular, IPA entry. Cloudy but more on the malty than hoppy side of the spectrum. Very nice brewery though.

A pale ale dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic? Yes it’s been done before, but why mess with a winning formula? Satisfyingly moreish pale ale, with a juicy citrus hop flavour and moderate bitterness.
