bottle date: 20/07/2022 For this classical version of Zenne y Frontera, we blended eight different small sherry barrels, having contained over seventeen different brews. The jonge lambik was left for more than one and two years on these barrels, rendering the weighted average age of the blend on the moment of bottling to more than 32 months. We primarily selected Oloroso casks, and a few of Palo Cortado. More than a third of the selected lambikken were brewed with Pajottenland-sourced cereals.
