bottle date: 07/09/2022 Next to the palomino grape - for most of the sherries - and the pedro ximénez - for sherries carrying the respective name, some sherry bodegas also vinify the muscatel grape to a sweet, densely tearing fortified wine with long barrel ageing. For this small batch of Zenne y Frontera, we aged two- and three-year old lambikken on south-Spanish Moscatel barrels. Upon its bottling, the weighted average age of this blend surpassed 31 months. The lambikken originate from four different barrels and nine different brews.
