By carefully blending the essence of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, this hazy cask sings with citrus, white grape, gooseberry and tropical notes. Working with Daryll and the TNS team was fascinating, learning to use the product within our processes to create a 'hopless' Hazy cask pale bursting with flavour.
