This cold IPA is fermented at low temperatures using our house lager yeast, combined with a grist of pilsner malt, rice & maize to give a crisp, clean base to allow mosaic, Simcoe & talus hops to shine through with bright notes of citrus and pine.

Very nice IPA, great mix of hops producing a full flavoured beer with plenty of bite 👍🏻

Strong citrus taste and can really taste the pine hops. Tastes more of a lager with a weird twang in the aftertaste.
