Always wanting to push boundaries, and explore greater flavour in our beers, this fresh Double IPA uses @freestylehops brand new Nelson Sauvin SubZero Hop Kief. We were able to achieve a creamier mouthfeel and a complex juicy profile, which we believe is slightly improved over a standard hop product. We used two other brewery favourite hops alongside this, in the form of Citra & Rakau, and we couldn't be happier with the results - we hope you love it too!
