Väl avvägd, inga konstigheter!

Gekauft wegen dem phänomenalen Artwork (das sich bei einzelnen Chargen unterscheidet). Denn Gose ist sonst nicht so meins. Prophets & Nomads Gose mit pinken Himalayasalz und Koriander bei 4,5%. Gelblich und sehr trüb im Glas versprüht das/die Gose salzige und zitronige Noten. Der Geschmack ist leicht salzig und zitronig und versprüht eine minimale Spicyness. Schmeckt sehr isotonisch und fast wie ein Sportdrink. Könnte nach dem Sport bei großer Hitze ein absoluter Durstlöscher sein. Als unerfahrener Gose-Trinker ist es besser als ich es gedacht hätte. Interessant, wenngleich nicht (noch nicht?) im Zentrum meines Geschmackshorizontes.

I Havnt been too big a fan of Collective Arts Brewing, but grabbed this on the advice of a guy buying a bunch of them. This might be what I had been waiting for to champion the brewery. I've been a fan of a good gose, but find most people go overboard one way or another. The balance between salty and sweet with that hint of spice is well reflected. Pours to a thin laced head and screams with a subtle cloudiness. I am going to have to rethink the brewery after this one. Great beer guys, well done.
