Staying next door to Whiskey River Ranch. Trying to recover from the last two days. Golf 🏌️on 98°🌞 Texas day was draining. Need beer!🍺 Where is the head? Gone before I could get a photo. Nose gives Mexican chocolate and alcohol, lots of alcohol. Heavy texture, intense chocolate, abundant cinnamon, bourbon with all the oak barrel characteristics. The middle is still boozy as hell, and maybe a touch of dark raisin to the other flavors. Finish continues all of these extreme flavors coating the mouth for a lasting impression. Leaves a burn going down and a regret that it's ending.
