This is from last night. 2023 SOTS second day, our cook day. Our entertainment is an evening at Gilley's honky tonk bar. Great breakfast, great afternoon appetizers, fantastic dinner, and a mechanical bull. Awesome! This is a rebrew of a classic from the 1980s. Expectations are low. First beer taste, better than I was expecting. Crisp clean. This is okay. Not swill at all. I can understand how they sold tons of this at that honky tonk. Since we special ordered this beer, just for tonight's festivities, of course I'm going to give it a 5.0. Taste is irrelevant.
