Hat alles, was ein gutes IPA braucht! Dunkelgelb, leicht orangefarben und trüb. Grossporiger Schaum. In der Nase süsse Fruchtnoten nach Mango, Passionsfrucht und Litschi. Dazu leicht florale und krautige Noten. Im Antrunk süss und sehr spritzig. Die ausgeprägte Bittere kommt sofort hinzu und bleibt bierstieltypisch lange anhaltend. Alc Vol 6.5 passt. Sehr gutes IPA, welches man mir aus Valencia mitgebracht hat. Es heisst „Mediterranean IPA“ auf der Etikette und man schmeckt und riecht das mediterrane Etwas.

Una IPA muy sabrosa y bien amarga. Imprescindible beber fría!
