Double dry hopped IPA brewed in collaboration with Welsh lawmen, Polly’s. El Dorado Lupomax, Citra & Galaxy dispense hard tropical justice with an iron gavel. The rulings are final. She is the law.

Sureshot and Polly's collaboration, how wonderful.
Very pale and opaque with no visible carbonation is a wide glass. Hoppy on the nose with lots of tropical juice. Peach, melon, mango, lemon, apricot and a smidgen of pine.
Beautifully soft and silky smooth in the mouth, just like how Polly's do it. So soft in fact it's almost creamy if not for the rich tropical tang and citrus stabbing. The pine element is ghostly, allowing the tropics to really shine. The DDH brew process is obvious, creating a deep hoppy flavour.
It's not complex, softness being the lead factor and hoppy, lilt-like tropical flavour. The El Dorado in this brew is Lupomax, just like Cyro it's is an enhanced and concentrated hop pellet. An increase in lupulin, which is the pollen type part of the hop and is responsible for flavour and aroma. In the previous beers with Cyro I couldn't escape the sense that this adulterated hop isn't as nice as whole hop and I'm getting the same thought with Lupomax. An increase in efficiency by reducing hop usage by a third and focusing in on the flavour center of the plant all sounds good, so I'm unsure how it could possibly be non-ideal for me.
It is a really nice brew after all. Beautiful tropical juice and hops wrapped up in a very soft brew. Sureshot and Polly's work well together.
