Punertava, kirsikkaa maussa, oikein hyvä.

A dark amber coloured, almost crimson sour milk saison with a thin white head. The aroma is both sweet and sour with notes of cherry. The initial flavour is very sour, almost like a lemon. It evolves into a very pleasant taste of fruity cherries. Nice consistency!

I was curious and suspicious: Sour Milk Saison, Hibiscus...alv 3,8%...But to my pleasant surprise: nice red in colour, saisonish taste, first like berries even a hint of sweetness and then pleasant bitterness.

Kauniin haalean viininpunainen väri joka ei vaahtoa juur ollenkaa. Maussa reippaasti kirsikkaa joka luo hyvän kontrastin kevyen happamuuden kanssa.
