With Murex Monsters we added a hop that we have only dabbled with so far - Riwaka, an incredible newer hop variety. When teamed up with the all time classics of Citra and Simcoe… it really is a monster.

Aroma: Grass, grapes and some white wine.
Mouthfeel: medium carbonation, dry, juicy and some bitterness.
Taste: Citrus, grass, grapes and white wine.
Aftertaste is dry, grassy and some bitterness.
Was hoping for more cos there is Riwaka in this beer. But this is too grassy for me.
