This was a troublesome pour that had to be done in two phases, as per the large head in the picture.
The body is ruby red and violet mash up with a nice pink shaded head.
The aromas are citrus and tonnes of mixed berries, some sweet strawberry and lots of tart raspberry. Mouthfeel is foamy and carries a nice amount of carbonation to balance.
Taste hits with tart sour notes and then the berry flavours gush in. Unfortunately after the sourness passes, the berry profile dissipates too. It turns very thin and might have been just an additive.
There is a pleasant aftertaste that is nice and dry.
