This new soft and balanced IPA recipe stems from our love for Mosaic. A cornerstone hop since our earliest IPAs, we still love combining it with old and new varietals. Here we team it up with modern Strata hops for a dank aroma that leads into bright passion fruit and classic Columbus to add balance with a bright citrus and herbaceous character. Paired with Mosaic, these hops bring a full spectrum of flavour, from ripe fruit to a savoury finish you might expect in a modern New England IPA.
