A harmonious blend of two phenomenal barrels that will make your dreams as sweet as they can be. We are constantly looking for the freshest and most unique barrels we can get our hands on. These barrels were no exception. On April 8th 2021 we filled a 12 year old barrel we received from Heaven Hill distillery. That barrel was laid to rest for over twenty months before being blended with a 10 year Old Rip Van Winkle barrel, that was filled on August 12th 2021, and aged for over seventeen months. This beer pours thick, dark chocolate brown. When swirled it stains the sides of the glass with a burnt crème brulé colored syrup.
