Tummanpunainen samea olut vaaleanpunertavalla vaahdolla. Tuoksu hapan, hedelmäinen. Melko hapanta makua kuin raparperista mutta mustikan vivahteella. Vanilja piilottelee ja sen aistii vasta kun siitä lukee etiketistä ja sitä sitten osaa odottaa. Hyvä sour olut, ehkä miedoimmasta päästä.
