Deep honey coloured amber that's opaque toward the center, looks like a glass of nectar. Sweet tropical and stone fruit aromas that are very rich. Peach, pineapple and clementine come through intensely probably due to the use of cryo pop, cryogenic concentrated hop pellets. Soft and silky like cream, though not as thick in the mouth, with big flavour that hits immediately. Peaches and cream are interrupted by funky pineapple and a citrus stab of clementine, though it alot more messy compared to the aroma. This is Cyro's strong suit, the aroma and a concentrated hop flavour. You want hop well you get hop, cryogenically! These brews are always going to lose up against a real boy brew, yes they're more difficult to produce unadulterated, less economical and less wasteful but Cyro brews are never the same. Unrefined, hops via brute force, not true decadence with mega hops but intensity nonethenless. Is it bad then? Definitely not, the burps you get off this are beautiful, haha, more so than drinking maybe. Na seriously now this brew is smooth and big, all the flavour you could need and justification of a DIPA. There's a bit of something I can't place, maybe melon. A soft stone fruit which adds the impression of cream. It's 90% of a big, beautiful real boy, whole hop brew, so not bad and not exceptional either.
