Made with Colombian Finca El Paso Pink Bourbon IPA coffee beans. The coffee is unique in its production using carbonic maceration with hops and ale yeast to extract the coffee bean from the fruit. The beans have been circulated in a clean sour base with lemon zest to highlight their delicate complexity.

Kullankeltainen, kirkas olut ohuella vaahdolla.
Tuoksussa on hunajaa ja kahvia.
Olut on kevyt, hapokas, makea, kuiva ja raikas.
Mausta löytyy hunajaa, kahvia, ruohoisuutta ja sitrusta.
Hyvin sekava olut.

Sitten on hiukan hapan, kevyt ohut olut. Nämä yhteensä ei oikein jatkoon. Tulipa maistettua. Siinä tärkeimmät.

Not sure about this one. I was hesitant and not looking forward to it and I can see why. I don't think coffee and beer go hand and hand together. Very bitter for my liking.

Given that one of the ingredients used in brewing is coffee I was expecting a darker beer. However, it pours golden coloured with a thin white head. Quite tart, hints of lemon in the flavour with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Reasonable beer which, thankfully, is not as sour as I thought it would be.
