Triple luxembourgeoise maltée et dotée d’une certaine acidité. Sans être déplaisante je la trouve finalement assez indigeste et déséquilibrée comparée aux cousines belges. Il y a encore un peu de chemin pour être au niveau…

Impenetrable, raisin brown beer with controlled carbonation unleashes a warm white, moussy head that elevates one finger tall. The lengthy retention maintains a long-lasting dense cover on the surface.
The nose picks medium-sweet malty, biscuity aromas, a bit of raisin, as well. Not much else, I wonder if this is too chilly to release adequate olfactory nuances.
The taste profile is truly bitter and alcoholic. My taste receptors observe bitter amber malt, cracker dough, strong piney hops and an idea of raisin but not really the entire punch. A biting version of Tripel, I'd rather associate this with a strong Ambrée, perhaps the American version with bags of piney hops.
The body clocks medium-full to full. Sufficient for the ABV. The finish is tangy piney, heavily grassy and strongly pithy citrusy. Not particularly pleasant. Isolated paradise on the altar of aftertastes; lacerated innocence, holy abstinence.
The mouthfeel is full, tangy, piney, sharp and crisp. It's dry and drying as well as a tad alcoholic. Not particularly appealing.

🇱🇺🇱🇺 une très bonne triple pas mal épicée et maltée. De belles notes alcooleuses qui réchauffent par ce temps de misère dans mon plat pays . J'étais si bien en corse ..... 😪

Discovering this nice tripel amber beer.
Strong and bitter.
