We love these light, dry and intensely hoppy session ales! In Kalapia Pale Ale we aimed for the highest drinkability WE could imagine. Combining a grainy-cracker like malts (of Finnish origin) with both American and German hops and fairly neutral ale yeast, Kalapia will lubricate your throat for sure. We strongly believe in mixing American and German hops. There is so much to try and learn from these trials! In Kalapia the combination of Centennial and Mittelfrüh works particularly well. You'll get fresh grass and citrus-floral perfumes in a nice balance. It is a bitter beer, for sure. Enjoy by quantity!

Mausteinen, jännä tuoksu. Maku menettelee samaa kaavaa, kuivahko ja mausteinen. Ei mikään erityisen jees.
