Has a coffee like nose to it with a subtle sweetness doesn't really have any ice cream notes to it In terms of taste it does have a creamy vanilla taste to it with slight bitterness from the malts....rather thin mouthfeel to it and the flavors dissipate quite quick I am rather disappointed with this one I will say it's nice but it's no better than a generic supermarket stout
