A hazy IPA inspired by spring and migratory birds returning to our dear northern shores. "Sirri" refers to many species of small wading birds known as stints and peeps in English. Sirri is on the dry and bitter side on our scale of Hazy IPA:s. You will note sturdy and dry, yet smooth cracker-like malt character accompanied with slightly acidic hop notes of apricot, kiwi and citrus.
