Cerveza fuertecita, no solo de graduación sino que también de sabor. Tipo Imperial Stout con sabor a buen whisky. Entiendo que no a todo el mundo le puede gustar, pero a mi si. Recomendable aunque se debe tomar con una cierta moderación. Por cierto tiene un 14% de volumen de alcohol, no 15.

Amère. Bien plus que fumée... Charbonneuse ! À la limite des odeurs de fonderies... Si si j'vous jure! Très très forte. Mais derrière tout ceci apparaissent des arômes de chocolat, café et whisky légèrement vanillé. Une bière exceptionnelle mais qui peut ne pas plaire du tout tant elle a du caractère.

Bière noire impérial stout whisky 15%. Brasserie Brewdog Ecosse. Couleur noire mousse rare écrue. Odeur fumée whisky alcool. Goût complexe : effervescence, whisky, sucre puis fumé intense et persistant. Le fumé poussé à ce point n'étant pas ce que je préfère... J'ai trop de mal...

The scent is wonderful. Like smelling a bottle if really nice single malt islay whiskey, for example Ardbeg. The flavor compiments the scent really nicely, boozy, smoky and a lot of whiskey. The barrel is highlighted in a way that most of the barrel aged stouts do not get, where the actual wood of the barrel is really evident in the beer alongside with the booze. But the beer is not just whiskey, there’s also some soothing tastes of chocolate and roasty malts in it to balance this beer out. Rather dry, full bodied and really heavy stout. One of my favourite barrel aged stouts. (well I do love my Islay single malts)

Todella hienosti islay-viskien makua ja hajua saatu mukaan. Tuoksussa savua ja turvetta. Maussa imperial stouttien tyypillistä maltaista makeutta mikä loppua kohti taittuu islay-tyyliseen turpeisuuteen. Hitaasti nautittavaa herkkua.
