Another beer that Ryan sent back from Texas. Another highly anticipated beer from Untitled Art.
Poured to a opaque brown color. Very low head. Aroma gives a deep chocolate and whiffs of alcohol. First sip conveys a heavy but not quite syrupy texture. Flavor gives a distinctive pure cinnamon. As pure a cinnamon has I have ever experienced. It is then followed by gentle Macadamia nut and an abundance of chocolate. Brings back memories from long ago of a distinctive Dutch chocolate variety. This chocolate is from a remembrance of a moist Dutch chocolate cake. Effortlessly moves into the finish with an arrogant self-assurance.
As I try to evaluate this beer, it sits back it looks at me with a strange confidence. Dares me to find a defect to demote it from a 5.0. I am trying. Damn! Absolutely nothing to bring this down as a beer brewed to achieve it's destiny as a dessert beer.

Nose is a dark chocolate. Taste is a dark chocolate with the bourbon in the background and the slightest of a spice flavoring. The finish is that of a dark chocolate with the spice pushing aside the bourbon this time. The alcohol makes a small appearance on the finish. Well made.
