Kahvinen, suklaata, kookosta.

Oikein mainio.

Nightcap. Shared. Muddy, deep dark brown beer with unpredictable carbonation pushes up a rusty copper head that exceeds two fingers. The foamy crown looks exceptionally beautiful, especially for the tint. 😍 It descends gradually to a thin ring that circles the surface. The beer or the shrinking froth leaves multiple minuscule spots on the glass as if some kind of particles. However, they are not solid pieces, they melt just like foam melts but they look like they were.
The nose enjoys massive adjuncts: bags of cacao nibs, dark chocolate, vanilla, caramel fudge and sweet latte. Liquid mudcake with tonka and coffee.
The tongue loves the overwhelming flavors. Adjuncts indeed! I'm picking loads of dark chocolate and cacao nibs, espresso, bitter coffee beans, modest licorice, exceptionally intensive vanilla and truly distant cardamom. Maybe also a caramelly vibe behind the scene. Alcohol is nicely hidden, only a hasty warming sensation reminds me of it.
The body is medium-full. The finish gives more licorice among the other familiar components. The concoction is still very chocolatey and a tad coffeeish. Vanilla declines in intensity at this stage. Mash for cash, trying to overload the stash; we hit the aftertaste light it up, then we dash.
The mouthfeel is medium-full, deep, adjuncted, intense and somewhat rich. It's slightly sticky and lip-glueing. Marginally warming. Absolutely pastry-like.
I haven't had a good bowl of adjuncted Pastry Stout in a long time. This does the job! 🖤🤎
