Kaede #2 is a still Maple Beer (10.0% abv)… Kaede #2 rekindled childhood memories at the sugar shack back in Quebec, with rolled up sticky maple toffee sticks in hand. This year's iteration features a blend of 3-year-old Barley Wine and organic maple syrup, which were left to mature in stainless for many months. Like it's predecessor, we packaged this "still" like some of our favourite fortified wines. This beer is perfectly suited as an after dinner digestif as you ring in 2022!
