Wife goes for a Sour Ale. Limpid gold is the hue. A soft velvety lacing adorns the top. Ginger can be observed in the fragrance albeit not very powerful. Lemon, lemongrass and remote yuzu can also be recognized. Ginger dominates the palate, followed by lemongrass, lemon pith and peel. A wheaty foundation supports the zesty cocktail. The sensation is light, zesty, moderately tart, marginally puckering but otherwise somewhat flat.

Tuli juotua pari päivää sitten tämä, mutta en muistanut arvioida heti, kun paikassa ei netti toiminut. Oli hyvä sour. Pieni siman maku oli läsnä tässä oluessa.
