Found some beers that I never posted. This trip was to The Tap House in Chattanooga on October 5th 2021 with my neighbor Ben.
Number five on a flight of six. For a red ale it's much more of an orange copper amber in color. Totally clear. Light and thin texture. Nothing like I was expecting. Moderate level of flavor intensity. Bitterness level and taste more of a citrus. Slowly transitions into a finish that is a rustic and roasted amber.

In Houston with my daughter and son-in-law and family having another good beer that I brought from Nashville Tennessee.
This red has a good aroma. Totally clear copper color. Smooth thin crisp texture. Very nice rustic deep malt flavor. Has a fruity sweetness to it. As the finish arrives, it develops a pulpey yellow part of the peach flavor.
This is a good Red ale. I enjoyed the rustic quality but the peach background in the finish was unique, unexpected, and a welcome flavor that makes this beer unique. Good job.
My palate has definitely changed since the October 5th 2021 review.
