Pehmeä, trooppisen hedelmäinen ja sitruksinen. Todella mehuisa, ei makea eikä kuivakkaan.

This brew features exclusively New Zealand hops; Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti, and Motueka. And I can smell the Nelson already just from cracking it open. It's very pale and opaque like pineapple juice.
On the nose it's beautiful, so appetising with lemon, lime, white grape, gooseberry, and peach.
In the mouth it's silky and chewy with loads of Nelson, by the finish being quite short. There's a stab of citrus zest and it's a counter to the savoury type wheat of the bountiful Nelson content. It's juicy, delightful and very light for a DIPA, particularly drinkable and I'd go so far as to say refreshing.
The huge sway of Nelson Sauvin is it's downfall and strength, almost a showcase really as a single hop brew with Nelson isn't preferable so this is the way to do it; backed and and enhanced by other kiwi hops. It's dank, sweet, juicy with a dry savoury type finish. A lovely little journey, morish and tangy with sheer hops used, dances on the tongue.

Tropical fruits, white wine, limes and limoncello.
These Southern Hemisphere IPAs are a amazing when done right.
