Dark and hoppy. It shouldn’t work but it does. A duo of Columbus and Simcoe dry hops deliver big citrus and pine. Balanced out by chocolate and coffee notes from roasted malts with a solid bitterness that leaves you wanting more.

Sympa mais c’est plus une IPA qu’une stout, on sent uniquement l’amertume du houblon et pas du tout le café, chocolat.. en couleur on est sur une stout mais en bouche.

Carbonation légère, mais peu de profondeur pour une Stout - trop aqueuse. Final sec et amer, bonne Black IPA, mais pas une Stout très réussi malgré le côté torréfiées présent.
