A foamy and hearty IPA with a deep amber color. It has pleasant lightly hoppy nose and a quick jab of bittery raspy dryness to taste. A truly authenticly crafted IPA with no nonsense and goes together well with any kind of bar food and atmosphere.

Ei aivan perinteinen ipa, mutta ei ole lähdetty humalarevittelyynkään. Toimii.

Well then, behold the Empress of India. A foamy IPA poured into my pint in a fashion that makes my fellow bargoers cringe. Yes, it may be foamy, but it has character to back it up. This is a truly authentically styled IPA with no bullshit or gimmicks to it. That dry, aggressively hoppy nose couples with an equally dry and hoppy taste that lingers with you awhile. Drink it cold and drink it well. Enjoy the short and stocky taste and amber glow as this an extremely good IPA to build your night and for Schouskjelleren to base their future ales on.
