The Fiddler is a new IPA straight from our R&D program. Out in full force, here we got to experiment and fiddle around with some unconventional methods and hop combos we don’t usually play with. In this case – NZ Wai-iti™ and Cryo-Pop™ late in the whirlpool, a day θ dry hop of Mosaic®, followed by a massive mid-fermentation addition of power-duet Hüll Melon & Galaxy®. Super charged rock melon and grapefruit flesh dominate this easy-drinking smooth IPA. It’s nearly the perfect summertime foam-topped thirst quencher.
