Alabama's first game of the year under a total new coaching staff. We will always miss coach Saban. Very heavy head that isn't going anywhere. Only an inch thick but seems solid. This heavy malt has a bit of a sharp bite. A bittersweet chocolate that is soft but intense in flavor. Not getting any alcohol but the flavor is so strong that it becomes a dessert Stout. Not getting much except the dark chocolate, perhaps just a touch of coffee bitterness at the end. Too intense to be a drinkable all night beer. I'm enjoying it but it's strong.
