While I can pick out the wheat malt and honey aromas, it honestly smells a lot like a good pilsner. Crystal clear gold. Nice medium light body crisp ant clean. The flavors are surprisingly different. The honey comes forward dramatically and rides on a very beady malt characteristic. The wheat is there, but a nutty bread flavour is dominant. There is a nice bittering balance but only just enough. A funky tasty beer.

Not a style a generally enjoy, but the Summer haze is a great seasonal offering. Hoyne even makes lip balm from it.
