A 4.8% pale ale hopped with Lorien, Motueka and a dusting of Sabro...bear with me. Lorien is an in house favourite and forms the base of 'Shadows of Conversation', our table beer. It has lots of light strawberry and nectarine aroma, with some fresh zesty lemon. We thought these bright primary aromas would make a great pairing with Sabro which has a lot of sharp lemon curd flavour with a hint of coconut sweetness. We used some Motueka to bridge the gap with its limey tendencies and the result is citrus and tropical coming together beautifully.
