
This is one half of a two can project in which we brewed a base beer using
HBC 431 and Mosaic, dry hopped both beers with Cro- Cascade & Mosaic, but fermented with two very different yeasts. Unstoppable Force was fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast, a characteristically short and high temperature process which favours a cleaner, zestier, more pure hop expression.
