A smooth easy drinking Irish-style Canadian red ale that features a sweet caramel and bready malt flavour with very little hop bitterness. The aroma is light and subtle, smelling mostly of sweet malts and a faint hint of plum or fruit. The taste is grainy with a noticeable hint of candy and toffee sweetness. The finish is clean, crisp and slightly dry with minimal bitterness.
