Decent drink with a nice malty aroma. It has a creamy mouthfeel and a pleasant malty taste, with subtle spiciness mixed with a very slight fruity note. There is a slight caramel sweetness, leading to a nice bitter finish. Overall, it is a smooth and easy-drinking session ale.

It’s Christmas Eve so I might as well enjoy a few festive beers. This is a traditional chestnut bitter with roasted malts which give a bold malty taste, with a festive aroma of orange, spice and pine.
