It’s been a long time since I drank an American imperial stout, even longer since I drank a Floridian one. This brings back fond memories of some awesome stouts when I was there, it always amazes me how a state famous for its sunshine produces such amazing dark beers. Anyway, this is a big, bold, wonder ours beer. It’s thick chewy body also has a silkiness that allows it to slip down easily. I’m only getting a smidgen of vanilla but absolute bundles of coffee. Smooth, roasty and fruity coffee. Joyous stuff!
