Minimum sugar content, smooth saturation, light in color, strong hoppy aroma and lower biterness. That is what makes Less Sugars More Fun the right Brut IPA. It has a significant fruit aroma and nice gooseberry scent. The low amount of sugar is achieved by adding a special enzyme that splits non-fermentable sugars into simple, easily fermentable sugars. The beer is thus deeply fermented and gained its characteristic juicy acidity and a more pronounced aftertaste.
