I've been looking out for a weird and wonderful pine or spruce beer on the market since brewing my own. This lambic is absolutely mega - very powerful on the pine front as well as that lambic twist. It's borderline overwhelming hence not scoring it higher (it is also very expensive but justified). The sour hit is just that - short sharp and hard hitting. The pine infusion is probably at the physical edge of what can be done with beer as it's incredibly strong as an aroma and taste. Worth checking out and some good inspiration for my next spring time spruce home brew.
