Draft; pours a clear golden, ever so gentle sparkle; on the nose funky, yet clean, bittersweet aromas showcase the apple fully, funky wild tannic horses running in the background, fruity and dry; hints of appropriate acetic notes which disappear very quickly; in the mouth refreshingly fruity apples, rich, dry and juicy; short finish; but lingering drying aftertaste; overall a great cider, easy to drink and refreshing
