Cold IPA is a rather controversial phenomenon – no matter whether you want to call it IPL, dry-hopped modern lager or bottom fermented IPA, the bottom line is that it is a dry, bitter and hoppy beer you can drink all night. A considerable amount of rice smoothens the light body, whilst active fermentation dry-hopping enhances the fruity potential of the hops. We further boosted the old-school combo of Columbus and Simcoe with a portion of Cryo Simcoe and a dash of Pacific Sunrise to cram your glass full of lime, pine and pineapple before pleasing you with its glorious bitterness.
