Aroma: Confusing. I get the pear. It’s like some kind of fruit cake aroma. Taste: A lot of pear. It’s sour for a second and then turns sweet. Light vanilla. A nutty hint in the aftertaste. I really don’t get any coffee at all. Ignoring expectations on the ingredients, this is a proper fruit sour. Fermenterarna are masters in this genre.
