Beer 5/5. Pours transparent, pale garnet. A clean white, subdued lace ring wafts on the surface. Retention dies quickly. The olfactory supply is composed of... nothing. It's numb. Or is my nose numb? I'm getting just nothing. 🤷🏼‍♂️ [— I revisit this later and a mere whisper of strawberry (?) emanates to my nostrils. —] The tastebuds observe... strawberry, apple, blackcurrant, lactic acid, yes, bags of lactic acid. And cranberry. The name suggests that I should look for passionfruit but I miss it in the palate. Anyway, innovative, I must say! The body is light to light-medium. The finish twists more towards apple and blackcurrant and almost drops strawberry on the road. It still hangs on there though. The mouthfeel is rather tart but not to the maximum though. It's also a tad puckering, juicy, somewhat drying and gardeny. Hmmm... okay but not a winner.
