Our first three Session Meads were very warmly welcomed by craft beer public, but we knew we could do even better. Upcoming in about two weeks (by the end of November) we are going to release the newest version of our Session Mead - this time with black currant, blueberries, local floral honey and a lot of herbs and spices (basil, coriander, lavender, rosemary, thyme, fennel, marjoram, tarragon, orange peels). We balanced the sweetness, increased the intensity of berry flavours and backed it up with funky and herbal tones of the wide choice of herbs and spices. Walking on this Meadow will become a memorable experience you´ll want to repeat more and more.
