Interesting. A local 🇬🇭 brewery has three beers on tap at the airport. Never heard about this brewery. So, tasting... The color looks semihazy and unexpectedly brown. The emerging head is velvety and creamy, exceeds one finger and decorates the surface as a dense lacing for long. The scent is caramelly and malty, escorted by some multigrain bread and a bit of raisin. Oxidation...? The tongue receives medium-intensive caramel malt, moderately bitter, dried apricot, a bit of multigrain bread and graham cracker. The body is medium to medium-full. Applaudable! The finish turns slightly more bitter and grassy hoppy but continues otherwise on the same road for a while. The mouthfeel is medium, moderately crisp, ripe and a tad intense. Could be oxidized or just far from perfection.
